Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the desirable southwest area of Cape Coral. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and major roads and arteries, you are minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands as well as Ft. Myers Beach.

3 bedroom suites with a view to the tropical yard. All bedrooms have private updated bathrooms. The updated kitchen with all you need for cooking. Enjoy outdoor living right from the living room and kitchen when massive walls of glass are opened to the covered patio and pool area. Beautiful screened in patio/deck with outdoor heated swimming pool. BBQ grill for cooking by the pool area. Directly behind the house is a lovely lake with a sitting sun area on the dock. Good for fishing or kayaking (kayak is available).

The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is totally separated from the other bedrooms, has direct access to the pool area, a King size bed, a flat screen TV (cable), a walk in closet and master bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, a dresser, a large closet with plenty of storage room. The 3th bedroom has two twin size beds, a bathroom tub with shower.
